Diagnostic first
I start by understanding the work as it really happens: handoffs, bottlenecks, decision points, data gaps, and adoption risks.
About
My work sits at the intersection of legal operations, technology adoption, service design, policy thinking, and founder-led execution.
Founder of Advanta Legal Tech, working across legal operations, legal technology, and systems-led transformation.
I am the Founder and Chief Legal Technologist at Advanta Legal Tech. I help small and mid-sized legal departments and law firms streamline operations, adopt legal technology, and build systems that create visible business impact.
Before Advanta, I founded and led legal tech, consulting, digital strategy, and policy initiatives including PocketLawyer, Altclik, Altstac, and ThinkNiti Research. I have also worked on legal policy reform with WHO-supported programs, Indian government stakeholders, and state-level institutions.
That mix shaped the way I work today: I do not treat transformation as a tool purchase. I treat it as an operating system problem involving people, workflows, decision rights, data, vendors, and adoption.
Working style
I start by understanding the work as it really happens: handoffs, bottlenecks, decision points, data gaps, and adoption risks.
Strategy is translated into clear implementation steps, ownership, sequencing, and performance measures.
I work with legal leaders, vendors, and teams from roadmap to rollout so the system is usable, not theoretical.
